The waits for the lifts got annoying after a while. Not sure how to explain it, but it just felt like they took longer than they should have

I went in expecting to get quick help with something simple, but the staff made it feel way harder than it needed to be. I felt ignored most of the time, and when someone finally did respond, they came across kind of rude. Not a great experience.

I had a feeling early on that this place wasn’t going to be my favorite, i should’ve trusted that instinct. The terrain just felt kind of dull to me, not a lot of variety, and most of the runs were either too flat or started to feel the same after a while. If you’re looking for more challenging stuff, I think you’d probably get bored quickly. I wouldn’t go out of my way to plan another trip here.

Booked rentals and a beginner lesson through giantsridge.com, and the website was fine enough, so I figured we were off to a decent start. Then we got to pickup, where things moved painfully slow, and of course our boots didn’t fit right. The staff did swap them out, which was appreciated, but it took another 20 minutes, so there went our warm-up time. Super convenient.

The lesson itself wasn’t terrible, and the instructor was nice, but it felt rushed and the group was way too crowded. For what we paid, I guess I foolishly expected the rental setup and lesson to be a little more organized. Not the worst day ever, but definitely more frustrating than it needed to be.

I was hoping for a decent meal, but the food came out cold and the drinks were flat. i thought maybe it was just mine, actually no, it was pretty much across the board. I wouldn’t go back again

I booked through Giants Ridge and it was, yeah, straightforward. I did have one quick question afterward, and customer service got back to me fast, which was nice. No hassle or weird runaround or anything. I’d probably just book that way again next time

I stayed here for the night clean it didn’t really feel. The floors had dust around, the bed was hard, and the whole room just seemed kind of worn out. I tried to get comfortable, but good sleep I definitely did not get.

Made the drive out, but the snow was thin, icy, and full of bare spots. Disappointing, not worth it that day.

We had an alright time at Giants Ridge, not bad really, but for what you get the price felt a bit much. Tickets were high, then food and all the little extras added up faster than I expected. Nothing was awful or anything, just value-wise it didn’t feel as good as some other places we’ve been to. I’d maybe go back if there was a decent deal, but rushing back, probably not.
